About Time for Another!

WELL its been quite a while since I last blogged! I haven't been overly busy just kinda lazy and so I apologise to all those dedicated readers for my laziness. :o)

Its been 5 and a Half Weeks since my op, and I'm still going GREAT!! hehe ITS AWESOME! No pain! I am much more energetic! I have my appetite back, better than ever so am 'always hungry' much to the annoyance of my friends! And My scar has healed very nicely except for the occasional ITCH that drives me crazy! haha!

Much has happened in the past month!
Brett Stobie married the Lovely Susan Downing! It was a Gorgeous Wedding! Absolutely Beautiful! May God Bless them both! =D

The AWESOME Bec Marsh turned 21! She had a Masquerade Party, Great fun was had by all!

Last week Bec and I House sat the Stobies! It was great fun! We had a great time playing Husband and Wife. Bec being the husband, going out to work most days; and me playing the wife, staying home to take care of the house and the animals. We were very disappointed to have to hand the keys back to the rightful owners. House sitting gave us a taste of what it would be like to move out (minus the cost involved of course =P). If any of you out there ever need a house sitter, Bec and I will gladly put our hands up for the job!

Last Tuesday I had a meeting with Greg Morgan, the Dean of Studies at The Salvation Army Training College, and so it is now Official that I will be commencing study next semester!! As an EXTERNAL student (just to make that clear) Ill be studying one Unit, Old Testament. I will also be going back to Uni to redo my most favourite subject of all time, Biology (yay! NOT!). It will definitely be an interesting contrast; studying Old Testament at the same time as learning about evolution hahaha!

Last night I went to werribee! It was very quiet, everyone being away on holidays. David spoke and mentioned a couple of verses which I thought were awesome!

Jeremiah 29:11-13
11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

I know a few people that I think need to be reminded that God is looking out for us, no matter how bad things are. He will give us everything we need, we just have to ask and have faith that he will provide. It may not come as soon as we like or in a way that we expect, but he will provide!

That's all for now. Thanks again for all your prayers of late, God really has answered them!!

May God Bless you all Greatly!
Love Always,
Amy
